           不锈钢岗亭引起的生锈处理方法:在工厂或街道等交通量繁多的环境下,不锈钢外表很容易受到污染,有时也会呈现小斑点的生锈。这些状况大多是受到汽车、冷暖气机所排气、或工厂排烟中所含有害成份影响所引起的。此时,污染较轻微时,可用中性清洗剂或肥皂水,即可完全清洗干净,但严重时则不是简单能处理的。在这种环境中尽可能每年作2-3次外表全面性的定期清扫工作,至少也绝对需要做一次定期清扫。不锈钢岗亭因手垢或指纹引起的生锈的处理方法:若用中性清洗剂无法清除干净时,则用海绵、布等沾上有机溶剂(酒精、轻油精等)来擦拭。此种方法,仍无法完全清除时,再使用不锈钢用清洗药液来清除。总言之,各种清洗方法做清洗后,必须再做一次清水冲洗。

           不锈钢岗亭表面保护胶膜引起的污染的处理方法:使用海绵、布沾上水溶性的中性清洗剂、或酒精来擦拭。如果仍然无效时,则使用冲洗剂、轻油精来清除。清洗后再用清水完全冲洗干净。不锈钢岗亭表面附着清洗药液引起的生锈的处理方法:若用中性清洗剂无法清除干净时,则使用清洗药液来清除。 不锈钢岗亭表面因附着盐分而引起生锈的处理方法:在海岸地区等正面受海风吹击,SUS304不锈钢也会在短期内,就产生红锈。而且,比其它地区生锈的更快,处理方法,海岸地区在采用不锈钢外装时,希望尽可能采用更具耐蚀性的SUS316不锈钢。至于用SUS304作不锈钢外装时,尽可能每年作3-4次的定期清扫。

           不锈钢岗亭表面受异种金属附着而生锈时的处理方法:因铁粉等引起的“附带生锈”或情形不太严重时,可用海绵或布、加上中性清洗剂或肥皂水,来擦拭即可很容易地清除锈。而后,再用清水冲洗,注意不可让清洗药液留在上面。这种程度的生锈清除,只要及时做清除工作不仅维修容易,更有效果,而且其清除费用也很便宜。但若此时不管它,不久后即形成氢氧化铁、氧化铁、亚硫酸铁等混合物,并呈现荼褐色的严重生锈状态。此种状况下,可用市面销售的不锈钢用清洗药液、或硝酸15%的稀释等完全的清除干净。然而,也有消除不掉的锈,同时多少也会伤害不锈钢面,或损伤不锈钢,此时则用砂纸或不锈钢刷子,来研磨擦拭,然后再用清洗药液清洗干净。

          并不是所有的生锈都可以通过同样的方法进行去除,而是要针对不同原因引起的生锈来进行相应的处理,才能达到真正的去除锈迹的目的。只要选对不锈钢岗亭的材质就不会出现生锈的现象,那么当你的不锈钢岗亭生锈时,可以根据上述的情况进行相对应的清洁处理方法。
